On July 7, 2026, the cruise line officially unveiled “All Aboard Costa,” a strategic five-part webinar series designed to transform how North American travel advisors engage with the iconic Italian cruise brand.

Each session, running 30–45 minutes, offers a unique blend of deep-dive education and interactive Q&A. These segments are hosted by Priscilla Reyes, Head of Sales for Costa Cruises North America, providing advisors with a direct line to leadership and real-time support.

The series is carefully structured to build a comprehensive foundation of knowledge, moving from brand philosophy to practical sales applications:
- An Introduction to the Costa Brand (Launched July 7): An immersive look at Costa’s signature Italian-inspired hospitality, onboard lifestyle, and the distinctive guest experiences that define the brand.
- A Guide to Available Tools (August 18): A tactical session focused on leveraging marketing resources, the redesigned Costa Extra portal, and sales support to drive business growth.
- Costa’s Winter Destinations (September 29): A seasonal deep-dive helping advisors match unique winter itineraries to the specific interests and preferences of their clients.
Note: Two additional topics are currently in development and will be announced by the brand in the coming weeks.

“Supporting our travel advisors is a top priority for Costa,” says Priscilla Reyes. This webinar series serves as a natural evolution of that commitment, complementing the brand’s new “Cruisetelling” educational course and the revamped Costa Extra advisor portal.
For busy travel professionals, flexibility is key. Advisors who are unable to attend the live broadcasts can access recordings via the Costa Extra portal after registration.
